American thrash metal band Testament has confirmed that they will, indeed, be playing live in Bangalore, India, in October 2010, with none other than Slayer. This is, to say the very least, every Indian metalhead’s dream come true.

Testament has added the date (October 30) to the Tour page on their official web site. There has been no official confirmation posted online from Slayer yet.
If the tour does go as planned, the Rock in India initiative will redeem itself massively, after the fiasco with the Backstreet Boys earlier this year. Fingers crossed!
